The twenty-fifth edition of the FAI Spring Days kicks off today: a two-day event during which FAI - Fondo Ambiente Italiano will open the doors of a thousand places of cultural and scenic interest throughout Italy, in about four hundred locations. There will be about 7,500 volunteers who, on March 25 and 26, will ensure the opening of sites in all twenty regions of Italy and guide the public through the places of culture. Exclusive dedicated tours, fast lanes and special events are also planned for FAI members
Among the exclusive openings reported by FAI are Palazzo Crivelli in Milan, the Clock Tower in Piazza Contarena in Udine (which can be visited for the first time), the Giuseppe Matricardi majolica art collection in Ascoli Piceno (consisting of about 600 pieces), the Cantieri Riva in Sarnico, and the pharmacy of the former Psychiatric Hospital in Siena.
