“This program for Archaeology Days at the MArRC is designed to bring the public closer to archaeology in its authentic, lesser-known meaning as the science of civilizations,” said MarRC director Carmelo Malacrino. “Through the study, analysis and documentation of material evidence we reconstruct the anthropological and cultural context in different historical periods in the same territory. We have tried to accompany our visitors on the many possible journeys of knowledge by following the thread offered by archaeology,” the director added.
