From April 28 to May 1, 2022 SUPERSTUDIO MAXI in Milan welcomes the eleventh edition of MIA Fair - Milan Image Art Fair, an Italian fair entirely dedicated to photography. Ninety-seven exhibitors from Italy and abroad will bring the public to delve into the world of photography, focusing on research and the transversality of contemporary artistic languages.

It will be Dutch artist Larissa Ambachtsheer who will sign the coordinated image of MIA Fair, with works from the series You Choose, I seduce (2017), in which she investigates human behavior by creating sets and mise-en-scène, to create still lifes, questioning the role of color in food and how it can be used as a tool for manipulation.

Among the various sections, Beyond Photography - Dialogue is confirmed, curated by Domenico de Chirico, who has selected with the invited galleries established and emerging artists in a dialogue between works of photography understood as a contemporary art language and other mediums such as sculpture, painting and installation.
