Extraordinary opening also at the Royal Museums of Turin on the occasion of Ferragosto: in fact, on Thursday 15 and throughout the bridge, the Royal Museums will be open to the public with their usual hours. In addition, as every Thursday, from 5 to 7 p.m., the Museums can be visited for free with the Happy Hour initiative.

At 9 p.m., as part of the Cinema a Palazzo event, the film The Italian Job will be shown: the full ticket for the shows is valid for a reduced admission to the Royal Museums, while with the Museums and Exhibitions ticket, you are entitled to a 4-euro reduction on admission to the films.

In the Sale Chiablese, on the other hand, the exhibition I mondi di Riccardo Gualino collezionista e imprenditore (The Worlds of Riccardo Gualino Collector and Entrepreneur), which brings together for the first time the two main nuclei of the patron’s collection, can be visited.

More extraordinary openings are planned in August: on Saturday, August 24, extraordinary evening opening from 7:30 to 11:30 p.m. with a €10 entrance fee and guided tours of the Second Floor of the Royal Palace held by CoopCulture. Sunday, August 25, extraordinary opening of the Second Floor of the Royal Palace (10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.) included in the usual entrance fee.
