From August 29 to September 11, 2024, the Vittoriale degli Italiani Park will once again be transformed into an evocative stage for the second edition of Hedoné. Journey through Eros, Light and Poetry at the Vittoriale. In fact, Gabriele d’Annunzio ’s museum house will once again host this year’s evocative immersive light path. An event, produced by Up Strategy to Action, curated by Scena Urbana and organized by Servizi ed Eventi, that blends art and technology, and offers a unique sensory experience through light installations, video mapping and laser shows, all inspired by the famous poet and writer’s vision oflove. During this nocturnal itinerary, visitors will be immersed in plays of light and projections that will bring d’Annunzio’s emotions and words to life. Love, a central theme in his oeuvre, will be explored in all its forms, represented as an irresistible and all-encompassing force that elevates the human soul but can also lead to torment.

The installations

Fulgida Rosa and String yourself to me: two installations, placed in the Rose Garden and the Valletta dell’acqua Savia, respectively, will explore the alchemy between man and nature, in perfect harmony with D’Annunzio’s imagery.
Reflected Passion: a video production by Scena Urbana, projected on a large water screen at the Dancing Pond, which will capture the power and beauty of physical and emotional attraction.
For you: the Mausoleum will host an installation dedicated to platonic love, representing an intimate and serene moment of recollection.
Laser Show and Video Mapping: the Nave Puglia and the facade of the Priory will address, with different techniques, the theme of love tor ment and suffering through laser shows and video mapping curated by Andrea Gentili, Marco Inselvini and Scena Urbana.

The event, suitable for all ages, will be held from 8 to 10 p.m. with staggered entries every 30 minutes. Tickets will be available online at www.hedonealvittoriale.it and at the Vittoriale box office from 4 to 9:30 p.m. during the event period.
