New appointment with free Sundays in state museums: Sunday, December 1 is the first Sunday of the month and as always, museums and archaeological sites managed by the Ministry of Culture open their doors to the public for free.

For the new edition of Free Sunday, the MiBACT has launched a new digital campaign focused on the theme of games: after the gamification experiences, which in recent years many museums have explored in search of innovation and experimentation with new languages, from 3D to video games, an invitation is issued by the MiBACT to social users to recognize the characters of some of the works of Italian museums. The game is on the ministry’s Facebook page, just identify the silhouettes in the image and write in a comment the titles of the works: the page can be reached at www.facebook.com/MiBACT.

The idea of introducing the game within the broader strategy of expanding audiences is involving an increasing number of museum and cultural realities, which are progressively and rapidly expanding.
