As every Sunday, a new installment of our column returns to bring you the art-related TV programs for this week, Oct. 30 to Nov. 5.

We say goodbye to October and welcome November with TV programs dedicated to art aired from October 30 to November 5.

On Rai 3 the appointment with Discovering the Golden Bough is for Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 3:50 pm.



On Rai 5 from Monday to Friday starting at 7:15 p.m. reruns of Art Rider and Under Italy will be broadcast. On Wednesday, Nov. 1 at 9:15 p.m., an episode of Art Night entitled The Colors of Art: Blue will be broadcast.

On Sky Arte Monday, Oct. 30 at 12:15 p.m. The Basilica of the Holy Sepulchre - The Heart of Christianity returns, followed by The Secrets and Treasures of the Vatican, while at 3:55 p.m. Dentro Caravaggio returns. Tuesday, Oct. 31, we go to Paris with The Paris Opera - Between Myth and History and Louvre - A Timeless Museum, which will be broadcast starting at 12:15 p.m. On Wednesday, Nov. 1, we will fly to Rome with The End of the Roman Empire and Colosseum - The Jewel of Rome starting at 12:30 p.m., while at 5:45 p.m. we will see A Breath of Art 2023 and, following, Rose Valland - Spy for the Love of Art. Thursday, Nov. 2 at 12:30 p.m. Ragusa & Ibla - Flowers of Stone and Palermo Capital of the Mediterranean will be broadcast, while at 9:15 p.m. St. Peter’s and the Papal Basilicas of Rome 3D returns (repeat Friday at 2:30 p.m.). Friday, Nov. 3 at 12:30 p.m. there will be two episodes of The Treasures of the Vatican; at 3:45 p.m. Carracci, the Silent Revolution will be broadcast, followed by Matisse - In Search of Light.
